Our Conflict Management Workshop aims to equip participants with the   skills and strategies necessary to effectively identify, manage, and resolve conflicts in the workplace. Throughout the training program, participants will engage in practical exercises, role- plays, and group discussions to apply their conflict management skills to allow for a better understanding.
